Interisting facts about your stay in the Kühtaier Schlössl

If you should arrive after 7 pm, we ask you for telephone notification!
For our half board guest, it woulb be a pleasure for us, to create cold cuts upon the room.

Please use our advance check in which you get by the reservation confirmation sent. This accelerates the chin on site considerably.

Keycard:
In the whole hotel area we use Keycards.

Smoker / non-smoker:
From winter 2015/16 our whole hotel is a non- smoker's area. We ask our guests to smoke on the balcony or outside the hotel. Please use the ashtrays interended for it.

Dogs:
We ask you for understanding that domestic animals are not permitted in the hotel rooms & suites as well as in the wellness area. In the holiday apartments, quiet and well-bred animals are pretty welcome - please bring your dog cover or dog basket with you. Costs per day without food 15 euros. We reserve ourselves the right to charge for a possible final cleaning.

Breakfast:
There is breakfast from 8 am till 10 am. Hotel guests please help themselves at the generous breakfast buffet with bio- corner and freshly pressed orange juice. Also holidy apartment guests can enjoy our breakfast: 15 euros for adults, 10 euros for childrem from the age of 6. Everyday bread roll service for our holiday apartment guests if requested.

Dinner:
We serve dinner from 6 pm to 8 pm. According to elective pension the dinner is included for hotel guests. Not taken meals or achievements are not refunded! Holiday apartment guests and hotel guests without half board can dine in our restaurant a la carte.

Hotel bar:
Our hotel bar is opened for you all- day.

SPA area:
Our indoor swimming pool is opened daily from 8 am till 8 pm. In bad weather also earlier - you'll see it at the info board in the lobby area. The infrared cabin is available to you all- day.
Mobile phones are prohibited in the whole wellness area! Also we please for understanding that the admission is not permitted in the naked area and rest area for children.
In the indoor swimming pool everybody is pretty welcome, of course.

SPA treatments:

Impacts & reductions:

• Reduction for children (from 2 full payers): to inclusive year in 2010 for free living and free ski pass! From the age of 7 till the age of 13, 50 % of reduction. From the age of 14 30% of reduction.
• Double room to the single use: € 25,- of impact per night
• Weekend reservation: € 10,- of impact per person and day
• the local rate is specially calculated: € 2,- per day (children to incl. year in 2000 freely)

Reservation & cancelation terms:
We ask for understanding that we can promise certain room numbers of floors not obligingly. The cancelation terms from the general terms of business are valid it for the hotelery in 2006.

Payment:
To the payment of your calculation we accept excellently cash, EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

Travel resignation assurance:
With untimely departure or late journey, the current price is calculated continuously. With cancellation the general terms of business come to carry for the hotelery in 2006. We recommend the end of a travel resignation assurance.
